4. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the UK, we process your personal
data under these legal bases:
- Performance of a contract: to provide the Services, including subscriptions you sign up for.

with legal obligations. Stripe may collect device information, technical identifiers,
and transaction-related data. For details, see Stripe’s privacy policy:
https://stripe.com/privacy.
-
Analytics or error monitoring tools – to understand performance and
fix bugs (if and when implemented).
Where required by law, we will present you with a cookie banner and options to manage
your preferences.
6. How we share personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

We require service providers to handle your personal data only as needed to provide
their services to us and in line with applicable data protection laws.
7. International data transfers
We are based in the United States (Nevada), and we use service providers that may
process data in the US, the EU, and other countries. If you are outside the US, this
means your personal data may be transferred to a country that may not provide the
same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on
appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and similar mechanisms.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services.
- Maintain your account and subscription.
- Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
- Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
When data is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it. If you close your

local data protection authority.
10. AI-specific information and financial recommendations
Our Services use artificial intelligence to generate non-personalized financial
information and trading signals, including indications to buy, sell, or hold
particular securities or other financial instruments (“AI Outputs”). These AI
Outputs are generated automatically based on models and data sources we select.
We do not collect personal prompts or strategy inputs from you for these AI Outputs
beyond the account and usage data described elsewhere in this policy. The same or
similar AI Outputs may be shown to multiple users and are not tailored to your
individual financial situation, objectives, risk tolerance, or portfolio.
AI Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and may not reflect all
relevant information about a security or market condition. They are intended for
informational and educational purposes only and should not be treated as
personalized investment advice, a recommendation suitable for you specifically,
or a guarantee of any result. You are solely responsible for any investment
decisions you make, and you should consider seeking advice from a qualified
financial professional before acting on any information from our Services.
11. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your
personal data, such as encryption in transit, access controls, and logging.
However, no online service can be completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute
security of your information.
12. Third-party links
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not
operate or control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to
review their privacy policies before providing any personal data.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the
“Last updated” date at the top. If we make material changes, we may provide additional
notice (for example, by email or in-app).
